"That's okay Auntie Christine. We'll save you."

I'd be nowhere without her.. And my sister. Best sister in the world, period.

A new low

And I, for once, don't know how to cope with this. I have so much to do, but all I want to do is cry and cry and cry. It's pathetic, really.

Great weekend for sports

Results of my three teams this week:

Cal takes down Arizona 24-16. AWESOME win for the Bears' last home game!

Pacquiao takes down Cotto in a 12th round TKO. Cotto was a warrior though!

Chargers take down the Eagles 31-23, leading them to be tied at the top of the AFC West with Denver.

Overall, it was a great weekend for sports for me. Hoping the Chargers keep their momentum going as they face Denver next week, contending for the top of the AFC West. Cal Bears have the Big Game next weekend too, as we go up against Stanford who's just been beastly lately, taking down top Pac-10 teams Oregon and USC. And as for Pacquiao? Bring it, Mayweather! Can't wait for that fight to happen.

Perks of Going to Class

This week has been SO SO SO stressful for me. Seriously. With that said, I skipped class, as I often do, to have more time to do everything I needed. Unfortunately, sometimes (a lot of times) skipping class is a horrible idea.

Case in point:

My to-do list this week consisted of a horrendous amount of French homework Monday and Tuesday, a legal studies pre-midterm paper assignment due Tuesday, legal studies midterm on Thursday, and a French paper due Friday. On top of that, I've had rehearsal every day of this week for a huuuge performance last night.

Usually I'd be happy for the weekend to come, except for the fact that I was also stressing over a 10-page political theory paper due on Monday, for which I've done ZERO reading.

This has put me in so. much. stress. Pretty much depressed me for the weekend to come.

But, despite all of that, I should have gone to class. And this is why..

I get an email from my political theory instructor which reads:
"It had come to my attention that some of you would have missed the lecture when the Professor agreed to extent the deadline to the 23rd of Nov.

So now you know. :)"

Now I know. SMILEY FACE. adjfaskl GAH!

WOW. If only I had gone to class this huge load would have been lifted off my back. TWO days before the paper is supposedly due and I find out that it's NOT.

I guess I should have just gone to class. .. Or made friends in the class. Unfortunately I had done neither and this is what I get.

Such is life! And fortunately I have been spared a week!

Halloweekend!

November's already here and I feel like time is passing way. too. fast. How is this even possible? Sigh.

Anyway, I had a very chill but fun Halloween weekend.

It started out on Thursday with AiR performing at the UCCE Halloween show. We were Animals in Resonance (instead of Artists.. Ha ha). I felt we did great and I'm proud of us as a group. Here's us looking smashing as animals!

Friday was another good day. Hit up the Bear's Lair as usual, and it was Amanda's first Beat the Clock! In the evening, I Barted over to San Francisco to spend some qt with sissy/neighbor/best Karla whom I haven't seen in ages! We went to the bar with her friends and also hit up a couple parties as well. Ended the night chill and it was the perfect getaway that both of us needed (:

On actual Halloween day, I Barted over to BF's place in San Mateo. We then met up with Dyanne and Brandon at Great America in Santa Clara for their "Halloween Haunt" (think Knott's Scary Farm but not as scary). Too bad Dyanne and I were actually still scared like crazy.. Haha. Nonetheless, it was very fun double date!

I bought a costume but unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to dress up this year (besides AiR performance!).. I guess that means I've invested for next year's Halloween. Haha! (:
